ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Wilton Benitez is a highly specialised Colombian coffee producer with extensive experience in exotic coffee production and processing. He has received numerous awards for the quality of his coffees and operates a processing plant in the Department of Cauca.

Wilton's farms maintain high standards of quality and control to ensure the final product's excellence. In addition to his main farm, Finca el Paraíso 92, he has two smaller farms located in the departments of Cauca and Risaralda.

Finca el Paraíso 92 is a family farm that cultivates various coffee varieties, including Java, Bourbon Pink, Geisha, Pacamara, Caturra, Tabi, Castillo, Supremo, and Colombia. The farm utilizes highly innovative cultivation systems such as terraces, drip irrigation, shaded cultivation, and laboratory-based nutrition calculations. These advanced methods are all aimed at producing unique coffee, as evidenced by the multiple awards the farm has received. Finca el Paraíso 92 also boasts its own microbiology laboratory, quality control laboratory, and processing plant.
