This coffee comes fromGizaw Alemayehu, a second-generation coffee producer carrying forward his family’s legacy. Grown at altitudes of 1800–2200 masl in Dimtu, Ethiopia, this natural process coffee is produced by Gizaw and his wife, Frehiwot.

Carefully hand-picked, it showcases tea-like flavours, mellow acidity, and the sweetness of red grape with a lingering brown sugar finish.

V60 Pour Over Brew Recipe

  • 1:15.6 (250ml water for 16g of coffee)
  • Pour 50ml of water - Bloom for 30 sec
  • After 30 sec - Pour water up to 250ml for 1:20min - Followed by a gentle swirl
  • Total Brew Time - 4:00 min
