THE STORY

Grown in the Gedeo region of Southern Ethiopia near the Banko and Raku rivers, at 1980 –1870 metres above sea level.

Using modern processing technology, the coffee cherries are electronically sorted by colour to ensure only the ripest coffee cherries are selected.

The cherries are processed using the Natural method and dried for 25-35 days on raised sun beds.

When the coffee cherries are at peak moisture content the seeds are removed from to finish processing before being packed into hessian sacks ready for travel.
