This stunning coffee comes straight from Pedro Gabarra's farm in Sul de Minas, Minas Gerais - Brazil. Not only is Pedro a long-term partner of ours, but his commitment to sustainability is truly inspiring. Recently certified as a carbon-negative producer, Pedro's Pinhal Farm was also considered Brazil's most sustainable farm in 2019.

The farm preserve over 40% of the natural habitat on their land, double the legal requirement by the Brazilian laws. The ASAS Wings Project (ASAS - Portuguese word
meaning wings), is led by Pedros sister Mariana to rehabilitate and reintroduce mistreated birds back into the protected forest areas. 🐦
