ABOUT THE ORIGIN AND GROWER
Farm owner and manager Edgar Antonio Mejia Dubon has a farm that spans four hectares located in the Ocotepeque region of western Honduras. He inter-plants his coffee with orange, avocado, peach and cedar trees. The coffee cherries are hand harvested at their optimum level of maturation and sweetness. His farm is both Fairtrade and Organic Certified.
We are proud to source this micro-lot coffee as part of Project 121. The Project 121 concept facilitates a unique connection between 1 producer and 1 roaster, hence the '121'.
