ABOUT THE ORIGIN AND GROWERS

Crisp stone fruit and cocoa present a rich, full-bodied coffee with a lingering malt finish.

Grown in the Copan Ruinas region of Honduras by small-hold farmers from the Cooperativa Agricola de Productores Organicos de Copan Ltda (COAPROCL), Fairtrade Co-operative. With an average farm size of 3ha per producer, the farmers cultivate the coffee at elevations of 900 - 1400 MASL in the fertile ground under the shade of orange and banana trees.

Together they are focusing on the production and marketing of certified organic coffee.
