ABOUT THE ORIGIN AND GROWERS
Pomegranate and sweet grape deliver a bright and fruity, flavour packed coffee.
Grown in Aricha Village in the Yirgacheffe region of Southern Ethiopia, small-hold farmers grow and cultivate coffee on 0.5 – 2 hectares between 1900—2200 MASL.
Once ripe, the coffee cherry is picked and sun-dried on raised beds for 4-6 weeks. The cherry ferments for 48 to 76-hours helping to impart the intense fruit flavours present in this coffee.
