Honduras Cascara Capucas
Sun-dried Coffee Cherry
10g Cascara to 200mL of water.
Heat water to 98°c. Just off boil. Steep the Cascara for 6-10 minutes. Strain and serve immediately.
35g Cascara to 1000mL of water.
Combine Cascara and fresh filtered water in a jar (or any container with a lid) and allow to steep in the fridge for 10 hours. Strain and serve over ice. Can be kept refrigerated for up to a week.
