HOT BREW

10g Cascara to 200mL of water.
Heat water to 98°c. Just off boil. Steep the Cascara for 6 - 8 minutes. Strain and serve immediately.

CHILLED CASCARA

Prepare following the hot brew method, strain and chill in fridge.  Pour over ice when cool. A delicious and refreshing coffee iced tea for summer.
